The Division Bench at Principal Seat under order dated 20th January, 2022 has transferred the matter to Aurangabad Bench observing that cause of action has arisen at Buldhana District.

If the cause of action has arisen at Buldhana District, the petition will have to be filed before the Nagpur Bench.

It appears that mistakenly same has been transferred to Aurangabad Bench though it is observed in the order dated 20th January, 2022 that the cause of action has arisen at Buldhana District. 4.

In the light of that, as no cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of Aurangabad Bench and that cause of action has arisen at Buldhana District, even as per order passed by the Division Bench at Principal Seat, the matter is required to be transferred to Nagpur Bench. 5.
