PER COURT :- The petitioner made a grievance that, the Municipal Council has failed to perform its' legal obligation of removing encroachment appearing over the approach road and the public nala.

The Municipal Council has presented an affidavit in reply wherein, it has been stated that, the encroachments over the

{2} wp 1539 & 1550.13.odt areas referred to in the petition, have already been removed. It is also pointed out that respondent No.5, in Writ Petition No.1550/13 has raised some unauthorized construction and the action has been proposed by the Municipal Council. The counsel appearing for the Municipal Council informs that, after adopting the appropriate procedure, action would be taken in accordance with provisions of law, within a period of 12 weeks. In view of above the said statement, nothing survives in the instant petitions. As the grievances raised by the petitioner stand redressed, both the petitions stand disposed of. (P.R.
