Mr. Surwase, the learned counsel submits that Principal of the college has forwarded the proposal to the Joint Director of Higher Education with regard to family pension. No decision is taken by the Joint Director as yet.

Mr. Tope, the learned A.G.P. submits that in case the said representation is pending, then the respondent No.2 would decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law. 3.

In case the representation (Exh. E) is pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditious and preferably within six months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
