These two applications are filed by the first informant, who has lodged F.I.R. No. 3/2014. By the present applications, first informant wants that the anticipatory bail granted in favour of non applicants by the learned Additional Sessions Judge shall be cancelled.

Today itself, this Court has dismissed the applications for cancellation of anticipatory bail filed by the State in respect of F.I.R. No. 3/2014. It is to be noted that the present applicant is accused in F.I.R. No. 7/2014 filed by

2 Cr.Apln. 834....2014 Rakesh Pralhad Patil. In that crime, present applicant is also released on anticipatory bail by the learned trial Court. Learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. submit that after the unfortunate incident, no untoward incident has happened in the village since last one year and the tranquility and peace is duly maintained in the village.

In that view of the matter, no fruitful purpose will be served by granting present applications.

Hence, present Criminal Applications are dismissed.
