Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the respondent in person. The respondent does not have any objection in granting this application subject to the condition that the applicant makes proper responses to the e-mails that the respondent may send to her in future enquiring about the progress and performance of child - Manav in his new school and that whenever the applicant changes her address, the new address shall be informed by her to the respondent. The respondent has also prayed for grant of temporary custody of the child to him during school vacations. As regards third condition sought to be imposed by the respondent, in the absence of any
( 2 ) instructions having been received by the learned Counsel for the applicant in this regard, no proper order can be passed. Therefore, at this stage suffice it to say that the respondent may file a separate application in this regard.

In view of above, this civil application is allowed. It is directed that Pine Wood International School, Pachgani, shall issue school leaving certificate to the applicant in respect of the child - Manav on the request of applicant for being submitted to new school in Mumbai, subject to the following conditions :- i.
The applicant shall properly give responses to the e-mails that she may receive in future from the respondent enquiring about the progress and performance of child - Manav in his school.
ii.
Whenever the applicant changes her address, she shall inform the new address to the respondent immediately within 15 days from the change of address. 3.
It is made clear that the conditions imposed by this order are to be followed by the applicant and would have no bearing upon school about issuance of school leaving certificate and shall not be considered as an
( 3 ) impediment by the school authority in issuing school leaving certificate.

The Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
