Learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant seeks extension of time to deposit the amount pursuant to paragraph no.2 of order dated 13th December, 2019 in Civil Application No. 14448 of 2019 for stay. Learned Counsel submits that 25% of the amount would be deposited on or before 21st February, 2020 and rest of the amount would be deposited by 31st March, 2020.
