The applicant has been arrested on 16.01.2023. The offence under Section 354, 354A of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 8 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act has been registered against the applicant. Nothing is to be recovered from him. Considering the facts of the case, he deserve bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

944-ba-229-2023.odt (2) (ii) The applicant, Namdeo Shivaji Ulgade, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.19 of 2023, registered with Mukhed Police Station, District Nanded for the offence punishable under Section 354, 354A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, on the conditions that he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) The applicant shall not contact the victim in any mode or manner till conclusion of the trial.
