It appears that there is one another Revision bearing Revision No.99/B/2018 filed by respondent no.1 along with Revision No. 64/B/2017 for which directions are given to dispose off the same in a time- bound manner. However, the connected matter bearing Revision No. 99/B/2018 also requires to be decided along with the aforesaid Revision No. 64/B/2017. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the civil application, the order dated 17.01.2020 is hereby modified to the extent that the Maharashtra Revenue
