By of this application the applicant is seeking restoration of the original writ petition which has been dismissed in default for non-payment of court fees and non-removal of the office objection, with a prayer to condone the delay of 34 days.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored subject to the condition that office objection would now be removed within three weeks.
