The application contains averment to the effect that respondents No.1 to 4 although are residing on the same address are avoiding service of notice and report has been received back that they are not residing on the given address. Efforts on the part of the officials indicate that factual aspect is as aforesaid.

In view of the averments, it may be appropriate to accede to the request being made under the application. As such, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and is
