By the present application, the applicant has prayed for substituted service as per Order V Rule 20 (1A) of the Code of Civil Procedure. 2.

We have gone through the application. The documents on record show that in the application for condonation of delay, the same mode of service was adopted.

In view of above, we allow the application in terms of prayer clause (b). It is made clear that the notice will be for final hearing and returnable on 07th March, 2025.
