Applicants are taking exception to the order passed by this Court on 14.08.2012 issuing directions to respondent no. 2 - Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad to take appropriate decision on the proposal tendered by writ petitioner seeking regularisation of the transactions. Applicants contend that they have interest in the property and the writ petitioners ought not to have moved this Court without impleading them as party respodents.

Without entering into the controversy involved in the matter, the ends of justice would be met if applicants are given liberty to seek intervention in the proceedings pending before the Commissioner and by directing the Commissioner to look into the objections those would be raised by petitioners and pass appropriate order in consonance with directions issued
