Order of issuance of process is questioned in the present application filed under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Applicant has alternate efficacious remedy of challenging order of issuance of process, by filing Criminal Revision Application under section 397 of the Criminal Procedure Code, before Sessions Court.

3.

When this Court expressed this view, learned advocate for applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to approach Sessions Court, by filing Criminal Revision.
