Applicant had fled Criminal Revision Application St. No. 158/2016 in which he had fled Criminal Application No. 3477/2016 for suspension of sentence. Sentence was suspended. However, thereafter the applicant remained absent. Because of his continuous

- 2 - criappln418.22.odt absence, this Court, by order dated 7th February, 2018, dismissed the application for want of prosecution. Applicant has now fled this application for restoration of Criminal Application No. 3477/2016 and Criminal Revision Application St. No. 158/2016. 4.

For the reasons given in the application, I deem it appropriate to set aside the order of dismissal dated 7th February, 2018. Both the applications be restored to fle. Application stands disposed of.
