Perused the contents of the letter dated 22nd September, 2015, addressed by the District Information Officer, Dhule to the Deputy Director (Information), Divisional Information Office, Nashik stating therein that, the application filed by the petitioner for requesting therein for appointment on compassionate ground has been forwarded by the said Officer i.e. District Information Officer, Dhule to the Deputy Director (Information), Divisional Information Office, Nashik.

In that view of the matter, we direct the Deputy Director (Information) Divisional Information Office, Nashik to take decision on the said application of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground, if already not taken,

1440.16WP keeping in view the relevant policy, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within 12 weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the Officer at District Level and also to the petitioner within the said period. 4.

The Petition is disposed of in above terms.
