Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the Counsel representing the applicant was not feeling well and, therefore, he could not attend the Court on 19.01.2022. The other side has not raised any serious objection. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the

{2} application, Criminal Application No. 419 of 2022 is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", subject to cost of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five hundred) to be paid to the Library of Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.
