Tribe claim of the petitioner has been invalidated. The same is assailed in the writ petition. Mr. Barlinge, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy course and has also completed the internship on the basis of orders passed by this Court. The learned counsel submits that the respondents be directed to issue degree certificate to the petitioner of the Bachelor of Physiotherapy and internship completion certificate. The learned counsel relies on the orders passed previously by this Court. 2.

Mr. Sant, the learned counsel for respondent No.4 submitted that as the tribe claim has been invalidated, the respondents authorities have rightly refused to issue internship completion certificate and the degree certificate.

In the light of the aforesaid fact, the respondents can be directed to issue degree certificate and the internship completion certificate in case the respondent authorities are satisfied that the petitioner has successfully completed Internship and complies with all other parameters required. 4.

In the light of above, by way of interim arrangement, we pass following order:

The respondent No.4 shall issue internship completion certificate and degree certificate to the petitioner, in case the respondent No.4 is satisfied that the petitioner has completed internship successfully and complies with all other parameters for issuance of degree certificate. The same shall be subject to the decision in the writ petition so also the petitioner shall file undertaking with the respondent no.4 that the petitioner, until further orders of the Court, will not claim any benefit of reservation.
