The learned counsel for the appellant makes statement that the amount in terms of award shall be deposited within six weeks. The statement made is accepted. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" subject to deposit of amount within six weeks. Failure to deposit the amount, the order of stay to the award stands vacated without further reference to the Court and the application be treated as rejected.
