It is submitted that, the management has already forwarded proposal to the Education Officer transferring the petitioners from non grant in aid to grant in aid posts. The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, now petitioners only seek directions as against the Education Officer to decide the said proposal.

The learned counsel for the management also agrees that, such a proposal is forwarded to the Education Officer.

In case the Education Officer has received the proposal in respect of petitioners, then the Education Officer shall take decision on it, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

The case of the intervenor cannot be considered in the present petition. If the intervenor is aggrieved by any action of the management or otherwise, he may take up individual proceedings as is permissible in law. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
