SEPTEMBER 02, 2024 ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for the appellant. Perused the judgment impugned herein, whereby the appellant has been convicted for various offences and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.5,000/- on each count, with default stipulation.

After having perused the impugned judgment and on hearing learned counsel for the appellant and learned APP, this court finds no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment of conviction and consequential order of sentence. In view of the same, the appeal stands dismissed.
