Heard. Issue notice to the respondents. Learned Counsel Ms. Gore waives service for respondent No.1 and 2. Learned AGP waives service for respondent No.3 2.

Heard rival submissions. The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of only 18 days and therefore, considering the short period of delay it stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.
