Though the petitioner is soliciting the request of directing the respondents to process his pension papers, as is being pointed out by the learned Advocate, in fact the respondents are yet to take any decision in respect of the continuation of his break in service between 2011 and 2017, pursuant to the directions of this Court in WP No.7633/2020 dated 23.11.2021.

Unless the petitioner is able to seek execution and implementation of earlier directions, no fault can be found in the khs/Feb.2025/1935

- 2 - respondents being unable to process his pension papers. To face with the situation, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take appropriate steps for execution and enforcement of the directions of this Court in the earlier round of litigation.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
