Learned counsel for the petitioner / Zilla Parishad submits that he had communicated to the Zilla Parishad through his letter dated 15.7.2014 that he is resigning from the Advocates' Panel of the Zilla Parishad. Despite receipt of his letter, the Zilla Parishad has not appointed a new Advocate. Copy of the letter is taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for identification.

Considering the above and since this matter has been adjourned on three occasions, due to the absence of the petitioner, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
