Petitioner's proposal is pending decision for validation of her tribe certificate. In fact, the matter was already decided once in Writ Petition No.8576/2024. This Court had quashed and set aside the impugned order and the matter was remitted for a fresh decision vide the order dated 14/08/2024.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1/committee to decide the petitioner's proposal finally, as
