The learned AGP submits that the petitioners have an efficacious remedy of filing a second revision before the Hon'ble Minister in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra [2015 (6) Mh.L.J. 915].

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to avail of the statutory remedy.
