Mr. Gunale, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to add the President of the Trust as party to the contempt petition. Leave granted.

It is submitted that the Secretary of the Trust is dead and now, the Joint Secretary is looking after the affairs of the Society. Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel submits that it is the President who is looking after the affairs and not the Joint Secretary. Be that as it may, in absence of the Secretary, Joint Secretary of the Trust is also equally responsible. In view of that, Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Contempt petition be amended 1/2
