The dispute appears to be happened out of the village Panchayat election. The opponents were alleging against the applicants that they did not support their candidate. Hence, they lost the election. Allegations of assault with iron rod has been made. However, medical case papers does not disclose any bodily injury. It was a case of consumption of rat killing poison. The alleged bottle containing the poison has been recovered. The weapon allegedly used in the crime has also been recovered. The injured had been discharged. In the facts aaa/-

The applicant nos.1- Gulab s/o Bhima Rathod and no.2Krushna s/o Shankar Jadhav be released on bail on furnishing P.B. & S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) each, with one solvent surety of the like amount by each of them, in connection with crime no. 192 of 2022 registered with Charthan Police Station, Taluka Jintur, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under section 307, 452, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148 r/w 149 of the Indian Penal Code on the condition that the applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution case in any manner.
