This is an Application for restoration of the Writ Petition dismissed on account of failure to comply conditional order passed by this Court and for condonation of delay caused in filing

ca1684.12 present Application.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the Application, the Application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The conditional order passed by this Court on 11th February 2011 is recalled and the Petition is restored to its original position. The delay of 341 days caused in filing present Application stands condoned.

The Civil Application stands disposed of, accordingly.
