The petition is filed challenging a tender notice issued by the respondents, more particularly, respondent No.2 dated 31.12.2018 bearing No. N/C.79/Milk Stalls/2018-19.

Mr. Navandar, learned Counsel appearing for all the respondents invited our attention to the communication dated 01.02.2019. The copy of the notice reads as "Tender Cancellation Notice" and it states that

( 2 ) wp1455.19 the tender notice No. N/C.79/Milk Stalls/2018-19 dated 31.12.2018 is hereby cancelled. There is also copy of news paper publication placed on record. This news paper report further states that the interested parties can visit web-site for detailed information.

In view of the notice dated 01.02.2019, nothing survives in the petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
