The validation proceeding is pending since the year 2014. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, the petitioner may appear before the Committee on 13.02.2020. 2.

In the light of the above, the petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 13.02.2020. The Committee shall endeavour to decide the said proceeding on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
