Present application is filed for condonation of delay of 1310 days caused in filing present criminal application for grant of leave to continue Criminal Appeal No.617 of 2005 by present applicants. It is also prayed that the present applicants, who are near relatives of deceased may kindly be permitted to continue Criminal Appeal No.617 of 2005.

The legal heirs of appellant no.1 / original accused no.1 as mentioned in paragraph no.2 of the application be taken on record. The legal heirs are permitted to continue Criminal Appeal No.617 of 2005.
