The applicant/original petitioner prays for condonation of 17 days delay in filing this civil application filed for seeking restoration of the writ petition which was refused registration by the order of the learned Registrar dated 09/01/2017 for non-removal of office objections.

Considering the above, the civil application is allowed and the delay is condoned. The applicant shall remove all office objections within a period of 4 (four) weeks from today and the order of the learned Registrar dated 09/01/2017 shall be set aside and the writ petition shall be restored and registered.

If the above direction is not complied with, the civil application shall stand rejected and the order of the learned Registrar dated 09/01/2017 shall stand restored.
