This application is filed by the acquiring body for grant of stay to the effect and operation of the judgment and award dated 23.08.2013 passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.712/2002, since the award which is in form of money decree. Therefore, the effect and operation of impugned judgment and award is stayed on deposit of entire amount of compensation determined by the learned Reference Court.
