The caste claim of the petitioners is pending for validation with the Committee since the year 2013 in respect of petitioner No. 1 and since May, 2019 in respect of petitioner No. 2. The petitioner No. 2 is contemplating admission in professional course for the academic year 2020-2021. The petitioner No.1 has completed B.Tech. Engineering. The result is not declared.

considering the above, we pass the following order :- (i) The Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioners by 30th May, 2020. The petitioners shall appear before the

2 927-WP-2012-2020 Committee on 10th February, 2020 and shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of of the proceedings.

(ii) Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the examination of the petitioners only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. However, degree certifcate shall not be issued unless and until the petitioners produce the validity certifcates.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
