The petitioner is before the committee and is now questioning the notice issued to him to show cause as to why the certificate of validity issued to him be not recalled for alleged fraud. 2.

The petitioner was served with a notice way back in the month of July, his learned advocate informs us about having replied to the show cause notice in the month of October. 3.

In the light of the aforementioned state of affairs, we dispose of the petition with a direction that operation of the order to be passed by the committee contrary to the interest of the petitioner shall be kept in abeyance for a period of 2 weeks.
