The learned Advocate for the appellant submits that these appeals can be withdrawn in view of the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and the subsequent corrigendums dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018. The learned Advocate therefore seeks permission to withdraw these appeals in view of the aforesaid Government Resolution/policy of the Government.
