1] This is an application seeking amendment for bringing on record additional documents.

2] Mr. Dhorde, learned counsel submits that the applicant could lay its hand on the said documents subsequently. They are relevant for adjudication of the present writ petition.

3] We have also heard the learned counsel for the respondents and learned AGP.

4] The writ petition is not yet admitted. Even otherwise, the respondent can controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of the amendment.
