Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.3Petroleum Corporation states that during intervening period, claim of Respondent No.4, who was next empanelled candidate, was under scrutiny and it was noticed that Respondent No.4 did not comply with the requirements of Letter of Intent (LOI) and as such, LOI issued in his favour has been withdrawn.

In view of withdrawal of Letter of Intent issued in favour of Respondent No.4, it is noticed that petitioner is found eligible and as such Respondent No.3-Petroleum Corporation has taken a decision to consider claim of the petitioner, who is first empanelled candidate and whose candidature was not considered due to certain deficiency at the relevant time.

{2} wp145715.odt Learned Counsel appearing for Petroleum Corporation, on instructions, states that claim of the petitioner would be scrutinized and appropriate steps would be taken in accordance with regulations.
