Mr. Bhokarikar, the learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the proposals seeking approval to the appointment of two Shikshan Sevaks are filled with the respondent- Education Officer on 28.01.2014 (Exhibit- A and Exhibit- B ), however, as yet the same are not decided. 2.

Mr. Shinde, the learned AGP submits that in case the said proposals are pending, then the same would be decided in accordance with law.

In the light of above, we pass the following order: i.

The respondent-Education Officer shall decide the representations/ proposals seeking approval to the appointment of the Shikshan Sevak (Exhibits A & B), if not decided, on merits in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months.

ii. Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
