The application is filed by the claimants seeking transfer of amount deposited in this Court to the Tribunal in view of disposal of the appeal.

Learned Counsel submits that in terms of conditional order passed by this Court, the appellant - insurance company has deposited amount in this Court. The amount to the extent of 50% already paid to the claimants and balance amount has been invested in the fixed deposit. The appeal was heard and disposed of vide order dated 14.10.2015 passed by this Court [CORAM : S.V. GANGAPURWALA,J.].

Considering the disposal of appeal, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The amount deposited and invested in this Court together with

( 2 ) ca2177.21 interest accrued thereon be transferred to the Tribunal to be treated as the amount deposited in M.A.C.P. No.191 of 2008 decided on 07.01.2011 by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule. Necessary exercise of transfer of amount be undertaken within four weeks. 04.
