The learned counsel for petitioners submit that, the applications seeking approval to the transfers of the petitioners from unaided to aided posts are pending with the Education Officer/respondent No. 2. Same are not yet decided. 2.
We have also heard the learned Additional/Assistant Government Pleaders in respective writ petitions. 3.
In case proposals seeking approval to the transfers of the petitioners from unaided to aided posts are pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the said proposals on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. The Education Officer shall also take into consideration the judgment dated 04.07.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1493 of 2018 with other connected writ petitions.

In view of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of. No cots.
