The grievance of the petitioner is that its revision No. 2020/Case No. 139/J-7A filed before respondent No. 5 is yet not decided and the orders impugned in the said revision are sought to be implemented by the revenue authorities. 2.

The petitioner contends that the revenue entries pertain to the land on which school is situated.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, this petition can be disposed of by directing respondent No. 5 to decide revision No. 2020/Case No. 139/J-7A pending before him, within

{2} wp1720-22 a period of three months from the date of this order. 4.

In the meanwhile, till the decision in the revision, there shall be stay to the proceedings initiated pursuant to the notice at Exhibit-L at page 85, before Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Osmanabad - respondent No.3.
