The learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the impugned order passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune dated 17.12.2013 came to be implemented long back. However, both the parties submitted the claims by way of change reports before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Ahmednagar about the election carried out in terms of the directions given by the Joint Charity Commissioner and accordingly though change reports filed by both the parties are still pending before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Ahmednagar, even the first term after the directions given by the Joint Charity Commissioner was over

30-WP.3387-17.odt and for subsequent terms the new elections were held and in terms of the said elections, both the parties have submitted the change reports, those are also pending before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Ahmednagar. The learned counsel appearing for both the parties submit that the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Ahmednagar may be directed to dispose off the pending change reports filed by both the parties and this Writ Petition may dispose off in terms of the said directions. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed off. Needless to say that the impugned order passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune dated 17.12.2013 stands confirmed. The learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Ahmednagar shall dispose off all the pending change reports pertaining to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Foundation Trust, Jamkhed, District Ahmednagar pending since 2014 and onwards, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one (1) year.
