DATED : 3 rd March, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2] The challenge in the present petition is to the order, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Aurangabad, dated 6.12.2014, below Exh. 22 in Regular Criminal Case No. 449 of 2014, whereby the application filed on behalf of the present petitioner/original accused no.2 to remove the seal put on his Bank account by the investigating officer was rejected.

3] Though in the petition it has been stated that the account is pension account of the petitioner,

crwp174.14 however, during the course of the arguments the learned counsel, upon instruments from his client, makes a statement that it is not a pension account but is a savings account.

4] After having gone through the impugned judgment, there is no apparent error on the face of the record warranting interference at this stage in the writ jurisdiction.

5] Hence, Writ Petition is dismissed.
