Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

This is a successive bail application on the ground of parity.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has granted bail to the prime accused. Hence, parity would apply.

Learned APP has verified the role of the applicants with co-accused Dhanaji Pandurang Shinde, who has been granted

bail and satisfied the Court that the role attributed to the applicants are identical to him.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicants are entitled to parity. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Nos.1. ANIL KRISHNA SUVARNA, 2. SANJAY AMRUTLAL PATEL, 3. SHYAMKUMAR NAVINBHAI PATEL and 4. HARISH DHIRUBHAI PATEL be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of like amount each, in Crime No.139 of 2018, registered by Police Station Songir, District Dhule, for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 342, 120-B, 412 of the IPC and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicants shall attend the trial on each and every date, as the trial has been commenced and likely to be finished.

(b) They shall furnished their residential proofs and current mobile phone numbers to the

concerned Police Station with an undertaking that they would not change the SIM card number till the conclusion of the trial.
