He submits that, he has informed the learned Counsel for the petitioner that, the matter will be moved for urgent hearing so as to seek relief of exemption of the Secretary from appearance on the scheduled date i.e. on 04.02.2016. He further submits that, the petitioner is absorbed in Swargiy Ramrao Kanhekar Mu-Badhir Vidyalaya, Parbhai. The learned AGP invited our attention to the copy of the order passed by Respondent No.2. Since the petitioner is absorbed in aforementioned school, the presence of Respondent No.1 before this Court on 04.02.2016 is not necessary and same stands exempted.

3) The Civil Application is allowed to the above extent and same stands disposed of.
