The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal for sanction of staff approval for the academic year 2018-2019 is pending with the office of the Deputy Director of Education since July 2019. The same is not decided. 2.

In case proposal seeking approval to the staff approval of the petitioner for the academic year 2018-2019 is pending with the respondent No. 3, then the respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today. Thereafter the respondent No. 3 shall forward it to the Director of Education/respondent No. 2.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

The petitioner may submit the salary bills of the deserving employees, which would be considered and processed during the interregnum by the respondents.
