By filing the present applications, the claimants have sought permission to re-deposit the amount of 25 per cent permitted to be withdrawn by them on furnishing Bank guarantee. Learned Counsel submitted that though the applicants have withdrawn the 25 per cent amount and have submitted Bank guarantee in that regard in this Court, the claimants are subjected to pay interest on the said amount to the Bank and that is not in any way in the interest of the claimants. The claimants have, therefore, prayed for permission to re-deposit the said amount and discharge the Bank guarantee submitted by them for withdrawal of the said amount. I find the request worth considering and do not see any impediment in allowing the said request. Hence, the agp/-
