We have considered the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respective sides. We are not required to advert to the entire submissions for the reason that after the petitioner's proposal for seeking approval to his appointment was turned down, respondent No.3/Education Officer has sent the communication to the Management, dated 17.10.2022, requesting to send the proposal of the petitioner in a particular format by complying with necessary requirements. 2.

The learned advocate for the Management submits that such proposal has been sent to the Education Officer, which

The learned advocate for the petitioner prays that the said proposal may be considered on it's own merits. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

In the event of there being no legal impediment, respondent No.3/Education Officer would consider the proposal dated 28.10.2022 and after perusing the entire records and considering the views of all stakeholders, would pass an appropriate order, on or before 15.02.2023.
