Order of issuance of notice by this Court could not be implemented as the petitioners failed to deposit the petition paper book for issuance of notice.

As a last chance, the petitioners shall deposit the copies of the petition paper book on or before 24/10/2017. After depositing the copies, issue notice to the unserved respondents, returnable on 04/12/2017. Interim relief, if any, shall continue till the next date. 3.

If the copies of the petition paper book are not supplied till 24/10/2017, this petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 25/10/2017.
